Liem playing cricket

Liem played his first game of cricket with his cousins on the beach this Christmas. Somehow he always ends up flinging the bat away...

Christmas holiday

We enjoyed a holiday in Torquay this year. Liem enjoyed playing with his cousins. We had day trips to Geelong, Queenscliff and Melbourne. Caught up with friends and family, had loads of good food and Liem received a "Bubble Blaster" for Christmas. I'm still not sure whether to consider it a "gun" or not...

Broken down bus

A bus broke down in front of Grandma's house. It had to be towed away. This was of GREAT interest to all the boys and they had to watch it all even if they were freezing. They also found it very entertaining to avoid looking at the camera...

Hot summer days

Liem has been enjoying the hot summer days...riding his scooter or bike, then playing with water balloons or just water with Rina.

Junyu's birthday party

This was a lovely party at a play centre in Wollongong. Liem loved the slides there. Mummy loved them too...

Kinder Transition Days

Liem's attended all four Kinder Transition Days at his school and is really looking forward to starting school. Here is something they had the kids do..."Circle the pictures of things that make a noise (sound)".
Liem: I saw a boy circle a chair. Chairs don't make noise!
Mummy: But Liem, you circled the apple and the lamp...
Liem: When you bite an apple, it goes "crunch". When you turn on the lamp, it goes "chk".
I guess he has a point...

Lachie's birthday party

Thanks Michelle for organising a great party. Liem had bags of fun!

Rocet?

Mmm...mango pudding...

Thanks to Teng Tjun and Nat for lunch and the mango pudding. Liem loved it!
