Minnamurra rainforest

We visited the Minnamurra rainforest a couple of weekends ago. It's supposed to be famous for having lyrebirds and while we did hear quite a few birds, we only saw one near the picnic area. We had a good walk up to the Minnamurra falls and really want to go back, but maybe earlier in the day next time so we can spot more lyrebirds.

Liem in PSSA uniform

Liem tried out and was chosen to play PSSA (Primary School Sports Association) soccer for his school. Here he is in his PSSA soccer uniform which he wears to school every Friday. They haven't had many games due to bad weather and bus problems. So far they've lost one game (3-0), tied one (2-2) and won one (1-0). They are doing well according to their teacher who said the junior soccer team usually loses 10-0.
