Liem can spell his name...sort of
Everytime Liem does something clever that makes us think he is very smart, we go to Mother's group and find out that all the other kids are doing the same thing or better. We were really excited one morning to find out that Liem can recognise some of the letters in his name eg "i" and "m". We went to Mother's group and found out that one of the little girls there can already spell her own name! After much coaching, we are pleased to announce that Liem can also spell his own name...sort of. "L", "i", "g", "m"!
What's that I hear? "Mutter mutter, he gets his stubbornness from you, mutter mutter..."

Be careful.. next time you tell him that something is his or he has to use something, he will claim that it is not because his name isn't there as he cannot see any part of his name on it!!!
